In accordance with the State Appropriation Act, agencies appropriated funds in the act must report on their website by Sept. 1 of each year a self assessment of the agency’s use of the following best practices during the prior fiscal year. For each of the best practices, the agency must publicly rate itself as in compliance, progress, non-compliance. The department considers itself in compliance with all items.
